Baby Bridges Early Intervention Program

Baby Bridges is a new & exciting early intervention program for children with a disability aged 0 to 5 years, and their parents & carers. This unique program will be delivered initially in South East Queensland and will be extended in 2012 througout regional Queensland. Read more at www.babybridges.com.au
