Post School Services
If you have left school and receive Disability Services Queensland (DSQ) funding, you can participate in one of Horizon's post school services.
You will have the opportunity to develop key life skills such as literacy and numeracy, enhance your vocational prospects, and build your independence and self-confidence.
Take advantage of 1:1 support or join a group based program.
People with disabilities living in the areas we service may also take advantage of our fun monthly recreational outings with REC CLUB.
